Стулов Сергій /On May 23 in Beziers there was held the opening of the exhibition "Aurore Ukrainienne", dedicated to three Ukrainian artists, organized by the Society of Fine Arts.
The exhibition will last until June 8.
The exhibition features paintings by three Ukrainian painters, members of the Bezier Fine Arts Society - Vitaliy Savin, Tatyana Porubova, Tatyana De Tressan.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by Elisabeth Pissarro 1st Deputy Mayor of Beziers, responsible for culture, Joëlle Beaubien President of the Fine Arts Society, Michel Moulin 3rd Deputy Mayor, responsible for relations with associations, Stéphanie Trouvé, Director of the Beziers Museums, Madame Zenon Counselor of the Department.
The large number of people present and interest in the exhibition is due to Russia's military aggression in Ukraine. The record number of people present at the exhibition, thanks to the Ukrainian community.
The last words of the exhibition presentation:
"... We all hope that this dawn will soon be followed by a day filled with sunshine and light that can comfort these suffering people and help them recover.
Art brings people together. It allows them to share special moments, to communicate across ideological, linguistic or cultural barriers ... Let's take advantage of this ..."
At the opening of the exhibition, famous Ukrainian folk songs were performed in the arrangement of Ukrainian Alisa Vasilisa, who performed several pieces of music on the harp.

Роман Водяник отримав нову підозру
За інформацією телеграм-каналу "Луганщина Оперативна", праву головного лікаря Сєвєродонецької лікарні Роман Водяник який у березні 2024 року отримав підозру у зв'язку з розкраданням державних коштів направлено до суду.
Якщо коротко про результати розслідування кримінальної справи відносно екс керівника Сєвєродонецької лікарні Романа Водяника, який займався розкраданням грошей, а саме 4 млн гривень, з бюджету лікарні під час війни, - досудове розслідування завершено. Нагадаємо, що раніше Водяника підозрювали у бюджетній розтраті та привласненні, зокрема, у закупівлі лабораторії для лікарні, що тимчасово перебуває під окупацією. Його звинувачення вказує на те, що він порушив закон, закупивши обладнання, яке не враховано в статуті лікарні, і вартість цього обладнання завищена на понад 1,4 мільйона гривень.
У лютому 2024 року Самарський районний суд Дніпра відпустив Романа Водяника під особисті зобов'язання у справі про розтрату бюджетного майна. Захист лікаря стверджує його невинуватість і вказує на те, що вартість закупленої лабораторії не завищена, а експертиза, яка встановила завищення ціни, є теоретичною і не має практичного підтвердження.
Досудове розслідування кримінального провадження за підозрою мародера Водяника у вчиненні злочинів передбачених ст. ст. 191 ч.5 , 367 ч.2 КК України було закінчено, а вказану справу направлено до суду.
ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО: ст. 191 ч.5 КК Украхни - Привласнення, розтрата майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем якщо вони вчинені в особливо великих розмірах або організованою групою, - караються позбавленням волі на строк від семи до дванадцяти років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до трьох років та з конфіскацією майна.
Стаття 367 ч.2 КК України, Службова недбалість, тобто невиконання або неналежне виконання службовою особою своїх службових обов'язків через несумлінне ставлення до них, що спричинило тяжкі наслідки.
